    ❤Über Tingsha
    Tingsha (oder Ting-sha) (Tibetisch: ཏིང་ཤགས་, Wylie: ting-shags) sind kleine Becken, die von praktizierenden tibetischen Buddhisten beim Gebet und bei Ritualen verwendet werden.
    Wird häufig verwendet, um den Beginn oder das Ende einer Phase buddhistischer Meditation oder spiritueller Praxis zu markieren.
    Zwei Becken sind durch einen Lederriemen oder eine Kette miteinander verbunden. Die Becken werden aneinandergeschlagen, wodurch ein klarer und hoher Ton entsteht.
