Collection: Tsa-Tsa Molds

Features of Tsa-Tsa Molds

Gandhanra Tsa-Tsa Molds are authentic Tibetan statue molds used to press clay or plaster into sacred deity forms for ritual offering and altar use. Our collection includes molds for Guru Rinpoche, Hayagriva (3-faced, 6-armed), Mahakala, Medicine Buddha (Bhaisajyaguru), Avalokitesvara, and Shenrab Miwo, with heights ranging from 5cm to 20cm. Many molds in our collection are genuine antique pieces sourced directly from Tibet, carrying decades of authentic ritual use.

How to Use Tsa-Tsa Molds

Mix clay, plaster, or sacred earth with water to a firm consistency, then press firmly into the Tsa-Tsa Mold. Allow to dry completely before carefully removing the finished Tsa-Tsa from the mold. Traditionally, Tsa-Tsas are left in holy places such as mountain passes, caves, or stupas as merit-generating offerings, or placed inside stupas and reliquaries. Consecrate finished Tsa-Tsas with incense and mantra recitation before offering or placing on your altar.

Why Choose Handmade Tsa-Tsa Molds

Gandhanra Tsa-Tsa Molds are sourced directly from Tibetan artisan communities and antique collectors, with many of our old molds carrying decades of authentic ritual use and provenance. Each mold features precise iconographic detail — correct deity proportions, mantra inscriptions, and sacred syllables — ensuring your finished Tsa-Tsas meet traditional standards. Whether you are a practitioner seeking to generate merit through traditional offering practice or a collector of Tibetan ritual objects, our molds offer rare authenticity.
