It's a Astrology Protective Amulet Pendant,made of cold iron and carved 2 sided pattern. The shape is Tibetan Budhist amulet badge - SIPAHO. The front is a very rare calendar pattern, and the back is cross vajra pattern and Ashtamangala - a sacred suite of Eight Auspicious Signs. Around the outside of the entire badge is a flame pattern.
