❤ACERCA DEL MANTRA OM MANI PADME HUM
Aum mani padme hum es el mantra sánscrito de seis sílabas que se asocia particularmente con la forma Shadakshari de cuatro brazos de Avalokiteshvara, el bodhisattva de la compasión. Apareció por primera vez en el Mahayana Karandavyuhasutra, donde también se lo menciona como sadaksara (de seis sílabas) y paramahrdaya, o “corazón más íntimo” de Avalokiteshvara. En este texto, el mantra se considera una forma condensada de todas las enseñanzas budistas.
