We provide international shipping service worldwide. Your orders will be dispatched via trusted international express carriers including EMS, FedEx, SF Express, Yanwen and Yun Express. Carrier selection is determined by your delivery destination and applicable shipping cost.
1. Order Processing Time
- After you submit your order, we will review your purchase and send you an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
- Once your payment is confirmed, your goods will be processed and shipped out within 1–7 business days.

- Free standard shipping is available for most products and most countries.
- A small surcharge may apply for remote regions such as Hawaii, Alaska, and selected European island areas.

- If you require faster delivery, you may select our paid expedited Fast Shipping service during checkout.
- This service is fulfilled by FedEx for shortened transit time.
- Shipping cost is calculated based on your delivery address and shown before you complete payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Times are estimated after shipment is dispatched. Unexpected customs clearance or logistics circumstances may cause delays.

5. Packaging
- Every item is wrapped with bubble wrap and packed into sturdy paper cartons for transit safety.
- For heavy-weight goods, wooden boxes are additionally used to secure products during international transportation.
