Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must have tags attached and be in its original packaging

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Please Note:

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you're unsure about a specific item, please reach out to us before purchasing.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original order. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
