ABOUT Chakrasamvara
Chakrasamvara represents the male principle or bliss or 'right method' while Vajravarahi, also called Dakini and Vajrayogini represents emptiness, wisdom and clear light. During Tantric meditation the union of these two principles is used to generate enlightened states of mind.

The Chakramsamvara meditation focuses on the non-dual union of the great hero and heroine, Chakrasamvara and Vajrayogini (as Vajravarahi). They are the two key deities of esoteric Buddhist meditation. This is the practice that raises the innate wisdom to persevere, even in the face of tremendous difficulties.

Like all male deities shown in union, Chakrasamvara represents skillful means—the tools one uses on the path to enlightenment—while the female Vajravarahi represents the wisdom necessary to progress along that path.

The Cakrasamvara mostly comprises rituals and yogic practices which produce mundane siddhis (accomplishments) – such as flight – as well as the supramundane siddhi of awakening. These are achieved through practices such as deity yoga (visualizing oneself as the deity) and the use of mantras.
